Indeed relationships have a profound influence on our lives in both positive and negative ways. Positive relationships nurture us and enrich our lives, plus make life meaningful, fulfilling and satisfying. This study is for anyone who has at some time struggled in a relationship with a friend, a child, a spouse, a parent, a family member, or anyone else who simply wants to learn how better to relate to others .

The Reason for God by Timothy Keller

This six-session study captures live and unscripted conversations between Tim Keller and a group of people addressing their doubts and objections to Christianity. Keller uses literature, philosophy and Scripture to explore the truth of Christianity. This study will help all who participate dig deeper into the objections of the Christian faith, and to learn about both sides of the issues.

New Member/Attendee Discovery Class

Facilitator: Rev. David Jakes     Room 113

This class is offered to all new members, and to those who have been attending our church but have not yet joined. Multiple topics will be covered, including an overview of Baptist doctrines and beliefs, as well as the organizational structure and ministries of the National Southern Baptist Convention (SBC) and the Arizona Southern Baptist Convention (ASBC). The organizational structure within our own church is also reviewed, and opportunities to become involved in service and ministry are presented.

Eternity is Now

This is a five-session journey to discover what it really means to be “saved.” For Christians, perhaps the deepest expression of what we’re waiting for is found in the phrase “eternal life.” But what is eternal life? Why do we want it? And how do we know if we have it? As we begin to know God this way, we’ll realize each moment of our lives is a vehicle to the eternity we’ve been longing for.
